We recently sent a survey to all of our tenants in which we asked questions about aspects of their tenancy, their property and their experience of the Lucy Properties team. We are so grateful for all of the feedback – it has really helped us see what we are doing well and identify the areas which need improvement.
Following this survey we visited some properties where tenancies have been running for a number of years and looked at ways that we could improve the property without causing too much disruption to the tenants.
This was really well received and we are so glad to have been able to help tenants feel more at home in their home!
Our next annual tenant survey will be sent at the end of this year and we look forward to receiving new feedback.
