A two bedroom apartment on a small, peaceful gated development in Jericho, close to local shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is set over three floors with the top floor housing an open plan kitchen & living/dining area and doors leading to a private balcony. The living/dining area has a large comfortable sofa (which also converts to a double bed) large TV and table chairs for entertaining.

There are two large double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room and the second bedroom has single beds and a dedicated workspace area. There is a further bathroom with shower over the bath.

Prices are inclusive of utilities and internet access.

High Season – £225 per night (July – Sept inc)

Christmas – £250 per night (18th Dec – 6th Jan inc)

Cowley Road, Iffley Road and St Clements are located just off The Plain, and are the start of the East Oxford area. They are vibrant, multicultural areas, popular with students and young professionals.

There are a number of quirky bars, restaurants and shops found in the area. With an independent cinema and the O2 Academy Nightclub which is Oxford’s main live music venue.

Cowley Road is home to the annual Carnival, which takes place on the first Sunday of July. The Carnival is a celebration of the individuality and the bringing together different cultures within the Oxford community.

The Oxford Science and Business Park are also found in East Oxford, with companies such as Blackwell Publishing, Oxfam and British Gas residing here.

Local landmarks include the Mini factory and Iffley Road Sports Ground where the first 4 minute mile was run by Sir Roger Banister in 1954.

Transport links
