Headington is located just outside central Oxford and is where the city’s main hospitals are located. Headington is full of character with a number of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
There are lots of green spaces in and surrounding the area including Bury Knowle parks, the Warneford Meadow and Shotover Hill with views across Oxfordshire.
The most famous modern landmark is The Headington Shark (insert picture?), made by John Buckley for a local broadcaster 1986.
