You can also collect a list from our office.  If you would like to view any of the properties please contact us by telephone on 01865 559973 or visit the office.

We require 24hrs notice for current tenants so please bear this in mind when you are booking your viewings it is unlikely that you will be able to view the day of your phone call.  

Maximum 3 properties per group can be viewed and all members of your group should be present at this appointment. 

All potential tenants will require a parental guarantor.

Lucy Properties does not charge a letting fee. A £200.00 reservation deposit will be required per group if you wish to secure a property.  This can be paid by cheque or card at our office.  This is not a fee and will be deducted from your first months rent which is payable along with the deposit on the day that your tenancy starts.  No other monies will be required before this date.

All tenants will be required to complete an application form.
